Ok sorry to keep buggin' everyone. I just got my supertrapp on my 2000 model. I decided to let it hang on one bolt instead of cutting the header pipe. (it did not "slip on"). Now after riding one full day it is turning a brownish yellow color right where the header joins into it. I have removed the white spacer and have the air screw out two full turns. I also am running all 8 disk. The thing sounds awesome!!! Any suggestions on how to tune it where it doesn't run so hot that it turns my $200 exhaust system yellow????? Where is everyone else running their air screw????
